What makes a good and true friend.

I would be with you through thick and thin

and never take you for granted.

Your words and feelings would be between us only

and never shared with others.

You would always have a shoulder to cry on or

someone to have a laugh and make you smile.

 

Friendships are important as families are for most.

I would never abuse your trust and give you your own space until you requested otherwise. I would always be truthful and never lie or ever talk about you behind your back. My word is my bond and my friend I just love you too bits

Exactly the kind of friend I value! But, geez, people like that are so freaking rare to find! Haven't we all been burned by people who break these rules...one or all!
