A couple from our village was planning to get marry very soon. But one month before the wedding, they discover that the girl had a kind of heart disease and needs to undergo to a heart transplant. The girl don't want the boy to find out. Until the wedding day come. While the ceremony was going on the girl fall down from her chair...

After an hour she open her eyes and see her parents and the boy parents but she didn't saw the boy. she's trying to get up, but her chest aches too much. and her parents explained that She undergoes to a heart transplant. the girl asked "where is he?" the mother said "in your heart".

Until now they don't know if it is just an accident or intentionally. after the boy heard about the girl's disease he said "i want to give my heart to her" and after an hour they saw the boy's car bump into a tree.
