Clear blue skies turn to grey

And the once silent wind picks up

She standing there empty

Loneliness consumes her every move

She needs the one person she can never have

She lost her chance

The ground beneath her falls from under her feet,

She’s floating in this abyss of nothingness

Yet she’s not fighting to go back

This is where she belongs, where she wants to be

Because without him, she is nothing

I think it could have a little more added to it too, but that is because what you have already is emotionally grabbing.

I really liked this piece- I think that perhaps the opening can be made to be a bit more grabbing, but otherwise I think this was great- the ending especially was excellent.
