The SeductressA Chapter by warmachineroxFor a young man experiencing some relationship issues, a long night of sorrow and self-pity turns into a quick moving evening with a quick moving woman.(Angello) A lot of different folk end up in strange places late at night in tourist traps; but none more famous than the spectacle that is universally known as Sin City. Most people find themselves wandering up and down the light show that is Las Vegas Boulevard, sometimes people wander off the beaten path and end up at the Apollyon Nightclub. For a place located in the darkness outside the Strip, it always garners a large patronage. Most people go there with their friends, or lack thereof, to get drunk and waste their nights away in the blaring bass of the DJ’s tracks and the sensual performances at the poles on the stage. Many people walk in together and leave apart. Many others walk in alone and leave with love. Some are bound for a fate they never anticipate when sulking at the bar; in one more stiff drinks than maybe they should have had. “You want another bourbon?” the bartender asked somewhat dazed looking young man at the bar. “Yes, please,” he answered. The bartender poured the man his drink and brought it over to him, “Here you are.” She said. “You know, I haven’t seen you dance at all, or even go over to the stage to watch the b*****s undress. Have you even left that stool?” “It’s been a rough day,” the man replied. “You wanna talk about it?” “Girlfriend kicked me out this morning,” the man answered, “She’s convinced I’ve been cheating on her.” “Have you?” “Bullshit. I’ve been working late trying to get a promotion so we can buy a house together. I tell her that and the f****n’ c**t won’t believe me.” The man twists his stool and looks out to the middle of the club where a less-than-modest looking woman was leaning against one of the support posts with her arm wrapped around it in a sensual manner. She showed no shame in smiling at him and staring him in the eyes. “Looks like you’ve got an admirer,” the bartender said. “Like I said, I have a girlfriend.” “Tell her that,” the bartender nodded as the woman began strutting toward the bar. “You know, if I were you, I’d go for it. Your woman already thinks your cheating; might as well make it official.” The bartender walked away and left the man to speak with the approaching woman alone. “Hey there, sunshine,” she said. “What do you want?” the man grumbled. “Ouch, I’m hurt... I only wanted to say hi. You look lonely.” She ran a narrow finger through his hair and back around to his cheek. “You gotta name, sunshine?” “Angello,” the man replied. “Well, Angello, how about we get on that floor and give all these basic b*****s a show.” “I don’t think I should,” Angello protested, “I’ve been drinking a lot tonight. And I have a girlfriend anyway...” “Really?” the woman said, “I don’t see her here. Come on... I won’t tell anybody.” She almost forcibly pulled him out of his seat and dragged him to the dance floor. She took his hands and placed them on her body and made his movements match her. Angello followed suit, reluctantly at first, but seemed to ease up more after a few minutes. “See, I knew you’d warm up to the idea.” “How can’t I warm up to it?” he asked, he could feel his face beading up with sweat, “It’s gotta be a hundred degrees in here.” “Oh, sunshine, you only think it’s that hot in here. Don’t tell me all those drinks aren’t keeping you at least a little cool.” “They can’t. I’m not used to being around someone so sultry.” “Really?” the woman said, “You hardly sound like the man I met just e few minutes ago. Maybe it’s time to cash out for the night.” “But you just got me out here. Besides, I have nowhere to go; Laura kicked me out.” “Aw, sunshine, it’s okay. We can check in at my place if you want.” “I can’t. I really haven’t drank enough for that yet.” “Like I said before... I won’t tell anyone.” She grabbed his arm and pulled him through the jumping crowd and through the lights and lasers and passed the stage to a back hallway. The music began fading so quickly in the hallway and the lights were so dim that it was becoming less certain if the change was actually so drastic or if Angello was starting to black out from all that he had drank throughout the night. The woman took him to a luxurious room furnished with only a bed and loveseat, both of matching lavender coloring that was further accented by the soothing, warm, red light on the ceiling and lamp in the corner. “You live here?” Angello asked. “Oh, f**k no, sunshine, this is just where we’ll be staying.” She threw him to the bed and pinned him down as she went from gentle yet assertive to violently kissing him nonstop for a few seconds. “I bet you never get it this good at home, do you?” she said, fitting her words in between pressing her lips to his body. “I could only wish.” “Mmm, really.” She mumbled, “If I offered to you what you crave for, every night we’re alive, would you take it?” “You’re really convincing me, babe,” Angello said without hesitation. “And would you give all that you are to me?” “F**k yes.” “And we could be together for eternity? And not with...Laura?” “I can’t believe I ever gave a damn about her. She accuses me of cheating; but she’s been f*****g my best friend for months.” “And yet here you are; doing exactly what you swore you never did.” She released him from her grasp and stood up next to the bed. “What are you doing now?” Angello asked. “Getting ready to show you the best time you’ll ever have, sunshine, but we need some privacy first.” She kicked off her stiletto heels and stepped silently to the door. A wicked smile crossed her face as she peered through the crack in the door out to the club floor one more time before shutting the door and locking it. © 2018 warmachinerox |
