Finally Kunal had to make a choice between her sister and her wife...😢

He had come to know about Nikita's illness of course. A brother who has brought you up doesn't let you bear all the pain by yourself... But Nikita wasn't going to let her sister- in-law cum best friend know her pain. And especially someone who had all her life thought about Nikita only... She wanted Anjali and Kunal to live rest of their lives without the constant tension of Nikita's health. She also wanted Arjun to lead a happy life.

So she persuaded her brother to go and settle abroad with 'his' family and she would meanwhile take carevof herself on her own... "I can't be mean enough to ruin all your life bhaiya..."  

So Kunal went away with a heavy heart. He couldn't disobey a sister's word. Before going to the States, Anjali had made Kunal do one more promise... " You may think I'm very bad, but Arjun is as dear to me as Nikita is to you... If you have the nerve to leave her and choose me, you'll have to stick to your decision as long as our marriage continues..." Kunal was shocked... Not agreeing to this vow meant disobeying a sister's vow and obeying it meant disobeying the bonds of rakhi... "What sort of a game was life playing with him?"😞 Was it so easy for a man to choose between his daughter-like-sister and wife???

Anyways he decided that he'll keep his sister's word and went to the States with Anjali and Arjun.

He had to break all his contacts with his little sister at the time when she needed him the MOST...
