E.S.M.A Poem by K
Dear Deviation,
Please enliven my sense of existence, as I am afflicted. Contradictions in all that is conventional please me. The smallest variation in my surroundings give me sound satisfaction. Ceaselessly, I'm seeking you... my anomaly. I look for you in captivating words, in gazes that gleam with depth, on lips that promise... anything. Fueled by an eternal hope in change, I find you in the chills on my skin when I feel your presence and don't know your origin. Others may deem me intoxicated with madness, deluded with false expectations, and foolish. But I won't acknowledge their detriments toward you. A far reverie you may appear to be, a childish assurance, a scapegoat to my cynicism. But I'll wait for you, my sweet anomaly. Pacify my resolve. Forever Yours. © 2012 K |
