A Lesson

A Lesson

A Poem by A Wanderer of Dreams

Most men in the world

are lost inside themselves

lashing out at full speed

where's the softer side?

When I find one astray

with a soft kinda face

he's oblivious to me

and the world goes on

How many oppurtunities

pass out of ignorance

on and on we spin continuous

forever and all eternity

Wistful for that love high

nothing else can surpass it

no drink or drug can fill

that need most divine
