PurifiedA Poem by Wandering BardGod purifies those who ask.In the heart, blood is cirrculated throughout the body, and this blood flows through each organ before it returns to the heart.
The heart pulsates once, twice, and the journey begins.
Blood flows to the stomach which quenches its greedy thirst.
Blood flows to the brain which satisfies its wants.
And the blood visits all other organs. Each with a desire, a need.
And the blood is then impure and therefore must flow to the most vital of all organs, the liver.
This organ purifies the unclean, foul blood because it is not greedy and does not want.
Every flaw within a human can always be forgiven, but you must plead for the thing you do not deserve.
For if your blood is unclean your blood cannot return to the heart without damage to the soul.
He is then purified, just as the liver cleans the blood, but only by the Lord's grace, and that man must promise to never sin again.
But this task is difficult and man imperfect.
