This is a poem I wrote when i found out my husband cheated on me.

Once you said you loved me and I loved you too

Once we had a future when one and one made two

But then all the hurt and pain comes to surface

More and more I ask  myself if it is worth it

I try harder and harder to hold back the tears

As loneliness and heartache bring out my worst fears

Did you love her more than me?

I always thought my heart was your key

But as you start your new life

Remember I will always love you - your wife

Author's Note

It is one of the first poems i have ever wrote so i'm sure its not in its proper form, but any suggestions would be apreciated and I couldnt come up with a title.
