"

Jiu-KICKYOURASS!!!

"
Her face was still flush with mirth as she pulled at my arm, trying to speak.  With a odd sounding pop she pulled my arm completely away at the shoulder.  I looked down at the stump.  She took my arm in both hands and looked down at it.  I glowered at her, "May I have that back?"  She took it and started spinning around in a lopsided dance as it if it still had a body attached.

Why does my arm get more action than I do?

"Yo, hand it over!" I barked.  She stopped dancing and handed it to me with a grin, "Sorry, I didn't mean to pull it off."

"Yeah," I muttered, "Sure."  I placed it back on my shoulder and stood a few moments, waiting for them to fuse back together.

She continued as if she didn't hear me, "I just wanted to apologize.  I didn't realize what you went through.  I am sorry for my insensitive remarks and accusations."  I gave her a suspicious look and moved my arm, testing it.  She put her hand out to shake.  I glared at it, turned my back to her and walked away.

"Go away."

She made a sound of protest.  Kinda like hyuhgwait! I ignored her.  She passed me and stood in my way, hands on her hips.  Before she could talk, I turned ninety degrees and started walking down an alley.  She muttered something and grabbed my shoulder this time, turning me slightly, "Wait a second!  I just-"

I interrupted her by lashing out.  I grabbed her throat and pinned her to the side of a building and glared down at her, pitching my voice low.  "Leave me alone, human.  I want nothing to do with-"

This time she interrupted me, doing some sort of martial artsy move, she ripped my arm from her throat and grabbed both of my wrists and pinned me to the opposite wall.  Daaaaaaaaammnn.

She gave me a casual smile, "You won't hurt me, otherwise you would have done it."  I growled (literally growled) and tried to bite her shoulder.  She jerked forward, slamming my nose and knocking me back against the wall.  All without releasing me.  "Down, boy."  She smirked.

I blinked at her.

A very entertaining chain of episodes, I've been enjoying this world you've created. Each chapter turns out to be so amazingly unexpected that the reader knows better than to guess. It's like the most unique zombie prose I've ever come across. Wonder what poor unsuspecting clumsy John shall have to endure next!
