They had Fire in the eyes...

Or so I'm told.

I once had Fire in the eyes...

Or so I remember.

I once was left in the dark...

Or so I feared.

There was once a time,

a time of strange things.

A life less lived,

A body moved by strings.

All the how do you do's,

All those strange little words.

Though nothing was real,

Well, except maybe the nerds.

I once had fire in the eyes...

Or so I'm told.

I once was left in the dark...

Or so I remember.

They had Fire in the eyes... 

Or so I feared.

There was once a time,

a time of sad lives.

Where love stood no chance,

there were many cheating wives.

Love is eternal,

thats what the message reads.

If theres one thing I learned,

love makes no sense here.

I once had Fire in the eyes..

Or so I feared.

The Time is Now,

What better time is there?

A life MORE lived, 

At last I swear!

Love truly is Honest...

Of that I now know.

It defies all boundaries,

and is pure as snow.

I left myself in the dark...

I was a fool.

I have Fire in the eyes...

And it burns bright.

They have Fire in their hearts...

And it is Love.
