The cleaner and the store manager

As long as there's boastfulness, pride and arrogance, the fine line between the superior and the inferior will never be erased.

A vigorous and a very intellectual young woman was working as a cleaner at a big store with about 22 branches countrywide and 540 branches worldwide. Many people underestimated her capabilities from her state of being humble, and quiet.

At the store, her job was not taken seriously and so is she. She would always be ordered around to clean after the staff's mess. Anytime she is relaxing a bit, they will intentionally mess up the place and report her to the store manager that she is sitting down while the place is untidy.

Always the manager would shout at her calling her with undesirable names and threatened to dismiss her.

The staff members would always be joyful at the expense of her embarrassment.

In the morning they wouldn't even bother to greet her, they would just enter the place without caution if the floor is wet or dry. The young woman wouldn't battle words with anyone, she was always down and kept on fasting and praying to God to overlook their errors and strengthen her desire and determination for him (God).

The store manager was very prestigious and she would always exalt herself by lowering the young woman with unbearable insults. Their job was now making the place very messy so she could clean restlessly.

She was treated any how just because of her inferiority and the nature of job she was doing and she never stopped praying in grief and sorrow as she was God fearing.

What they all knew about her was the state of her current condition, they never knew anything about her educational background, and they never knew the plans of God about her.

The young woman was very intellectual and more qualified, just because she couldn’t boast about it; they never knew.

Sometime later, all the board members from various countries decided to do a store review and they discovered that the store manager from her branch was not hired under any qualifications and their conclusion was; they should hire someone with desired qualifications and they decided to first make the post internal to everyone within the store.

They asked everyone with desired qualifications for a store manager position should step forward, it was quiet for some seconds and no one could step forward.

After some second later again, the young woman stepped forward and everyone was shocked including the store manager.

They asked her to present her qualifications, of which she did the next day morning. They discovered that she was more than qualified to take that position with the board members honor.

The young woman became the new store manager in charge of all the staff members who also made jest of her life within the store.

The former store manager was now demoted under the supervision of the young woman. The staff members and the former store manager worked under the pressure of their shame and regrets.

The moral of this parable is: to the superior; Never disregard and maltreat people because of their poor condition, you may never know the destiny of the person you look down upon, some they always prayerful to God and at the appointed time; God will answer their prayers against your wishes.

Be warned; in life no condition is permanent.

To the inferior; People may refer you to all sources of names because of your current condition, but they will never know the appointment you have with destiny.

You just need to ignore all the names they call you and focus on who you are and pray always to God; at the appointed time, he will set a table before you at the presence of your enemies.
