A Poem by Vanessa
"

For whatever reason, it took me a year just to write this one poem. It seems that some moments, no matter how profound, can leave a writer without words. Or words that simply do not serve the moment justice.

"
The Brownstones
could not help but watch
as he kissed her.
It changed her and the landscape
they stood upon.
The canopy of trees swayed,
as if in agreement.
Moved all were
as his kiss
stirred the wind,
swept up her hair in excitement,
and one leaf fell on Pineapple St.

If you wanna know does he love ya so, it's in his kiss. So the song is right on a breezy day on Pineapple street. Lovely poem that any romantic would enjoy ( even Romeo or Juliette). Perfect

Bravo Vanessa! Ah, the power of a kiss! In a single moment it can change everything. This may have taken a year to write, but it was worth it! Nicely done!
