One

One

A Poem by Caleb Boese

You and me were meant to be we;

We and he were meant to be us three;

Us three and she were meant to be thee,

And Thou art holy.

Us and Them leaves One and Two, see,

One and Two were meant to be three,

Three take away we, leaves us with he,

And He is holy.

We glance at He,

We add Thee,

Finish a complex trinity,

For It is Holy.

Take the trinity,

Remove thee,

Remove he,

And you are left with One.

I was bored, and I thought of a cute idea. Wasn't executed very well, though.

I think it was executed quite nicely.

Very unique, the way its worded is great and sounds wonderful(though a bit of a tongue twister)when read aloud:)

Great piece:)

It really makes sense, and it really makes you think.
Awesome piece.

sounds like something religious...that was just a stab at it, but i must say, this is a little confusing...but when you think about it, it ends up making sense.

nice!
