when I was young *trigger warning*A Poem by Kristendo not read if you are easily triggered by reading about self-harm
when I was young, they told me to call if I was hurting
I called no one came. when I was young, they told me to cry if I was in pain I cried no one listened. my calls turned into cries, my cries to screams, and my screams fell silent. my silence turned into razors razors into blood blood into regret I regret what loneliness turned me into I regret believing everything they told me when I was young.
