simple is often complicated

people need to understand that if they want to feel better, its as simple as chosing how you want to feel. LOGIC>EMOTION.

today was a good day, think i might
write it on the walls. oh, goody.
one more obstacle turned to dust
beneath my atom bomb shoe,
i split my ego, kaboom, there it went.
the weight on my shoulder zapped itself
into a bird. must have been a
f*****g blue jay or something.
so now i dont have to worry
about pleasing everyone and it can
be about me just for a little while.
maybe now i can fightfightfight with a
smile on my face and enjoy the process
by which i become greater than yesterday.
caffeine be damned, im convinced its the
endorphines marching through my veins
that feels so good, i think i will
run through the park and tell all of the
old ladies with walkers how wonderful life is
and if they dont like it they can
go to hell and take their wheeled canes with them.
