mourning technique for the young and restless

human beings are such slaves to emotion. it sucks. but it is a reality which we must all deal with.

cry and shiver and scream
shake a little, why not?
grab a handful of hair and pull,
contorting your face for good measure.
make sure to shut the blinds
and turn out the lights,
and remember to scream 'f**k'
really loud at least one time.
turn over their pictures,
rip apart the teddy they left you,
shatter the mirror and
kick in the closet door.
and don't forget to blame yourself,
otherwise all that rage
might be misdirected and
hurt someone who deserves it.
