The town of Grunsdale was in chaos as the signature brick buildings collapsed on themselves, the bricks crumbling and shattering. Glass exploded in every direction as the metal rain gutters were blasted away, contorting and collapsing in on themselves. The sidewalks cracked under an invisible pressure as did the road, lamp posts bending and twisting in horrific ways, stoplights falling to the ground. It was as if Armageddon had arrived, but in truth it was not the end of the world, but the beginning of a villain’s conquest.

“Freeze!” An officer of the law cried out from behind his police car, as his fellow officers did the same, each one with their pistols pointed towards the threat. The threat scoffed and the vehicles suddenly flew forward, plowing through the officers and spreading their flesh across the carnage. The threat did not laugh, did not make an attempt to diss on the dead, nor even kick the head that had landed near the threat’s foot. Instead, the cause for the destruction simply continued to walk forward, collapsing buildings and crushing lives.

“Let us see if those fools at the academy will regret their decision now. They accepted that idiot demon but not me? Idiots, moronic useless brainless cowardly freaky mad insane psychotic bloody idiots! I am the better choice, and yet they chose that piece of trash!” The threat muttered, the destruction intensifying as the killer spoke.

This threat, a boy of a relatively young age, was dressed in a military-grade black suit with golden buttons closing it, a white collared shirt underneath, along with a long black tie with a golden pentagram sewed into it. Black slacks and a pair of military leather boots with golden heels covered his lower half, as a pair of gold gloves covered his hands. His face was perhaps the most interesting thing this kid had, a golden, triangular apparatus covering his mouth, looking like the mouthguard to a knight’s helmet, with small bars forming a twisted smile, each bar separated by small lights that glowed a color for whenever a sound was made. A small pointed nose, jagged hazel eyes, one that was covered with a white bandage, and perfectly combed over black hair that was obviously held in place with a metric ton of hair gel completed the look to this boy.

Whenever the boy took a step, chaos and destruction followed, his anger being the source of this madness. Once it boiled over, the threat stopped and flung his hands out, and the entire town was suddenly blown apart, his power destroying everything left standing, be it alive or not.

“I’ll make them regret choosing Addeus over me. I deserve that position, not that rich wanna-be circus performer…” The boy muttered viciously, only for him to begin coughing, blood erupting from his mouth as it forced its way up his throat. It took him a few minutes to stop, his blood now mingling with the blood of the dead around him. Regaining his composure, he turned to the final building, the only one he left standing: the City Hall.

“If Empire Academy chooses only losers, my conquest for control over the school will be easy. Those idiotic, moronic, stupid, marbles for brains monkeys will receive the wrath of the one and only, the legend, the myth, the almighty, the richest, the smartest, the most influential, the hero, Iago Iscariot the Master of Telekinesis!” The boy roared into the stale air, using his mind to lift the entire City Hall into the air, turning it into a tornado of rubble, ripping anyone inside it apart, the very air being manipulated with the boy’s mind. Iago’s hazel eye turned a violent purple as he lifted the rubble surrounding him into the tornado, growing larger with every piece of debris and every corpse. Soon, Grunsdale was no longer a bustling town but a devastating natural disaster, with Iago having taken shelter in the middle of it, his telekinesis keeping that destruction away from him. Iago cackled as he forced the storm towards Grunsdale’s neighbor, Northside.

Iago Iscariot was petty, yes, this attack was just a tantrum, yes, but his power made his acts of vengeance anything but pathetic. And soon enough, he would make Empire Academy face his petty wrath.

Author's Note

voidman1304
Not as much as a story as it is an introduction to a villain. If you have read my bio, you know I have 5 books planned. This story was a way for me to get to know the villain himself.
Things to review:
