You Never Want to MeetA Poem by vlhunterA ScribbleYou Never Want to Meet I met the man, the man who all one day meet. It was unexpected, but nevertheless, the meeting came with much distress. I thought there was time. I thought there was more, until the moment I hit the floor. While I could guess the time, the day didn’t matter because it would forever be remembered. No sense of time, no sense of where, only the notion to remember each face. Remember each moment of every place. Please, do it quickly. This meeting can’t last, and I may not pass. Suddenly darkness, only monochrome and silence. My black, silent world given by this man, this tyrant. Brick by brick. Burning to ash. So close, so fast. I didn’t want to meet this man. No, not yet. No, I didn’t want to meet this man, This man called Death. © 2015 vlhunterAuthor's Note
