Morning Ride

I went outside in the morning to ride my bike around, because for once, I wanted to be alone.

 

Usually, when I want to be alone, everyone is around me, and when I want to be with people, there is no one around.

 

So, today this morning, I decided to go to McDonalds for breakfast. I decided to take my secret shortcut through Market Street there, so no one would see me.

 

I also had my phone off, so I didn't have any interruptions. I rode down Pleasant Street, down by 10th and Market. I turned, going through a small alley type road, until I got to a street with a lot of traffic. I crossed the street on my bike, and rode down 'til I got to LIncoln Highway and 6th street, by the post office.

 

I went into McDonalds, where I saw a few people I knew, and just when I thought I was alone.....

 

I decided to hide, hoping that the people I knew wouldn't find me.

 

I ordered what I usually did; 5 hashbrowns, and 2 egg Mcmuffins w/ egg.

 

So once I got my food, I sat down at a 2 person table.

 

For some reason, someone sat down across from me, as I heard the person say, "You grew you hair out!!!!"

 

I recongnized this to be my friend Rory, as I thought, 'Oh geez...my friends are coming over here...'

 

Jason started, "Didn't tell us you had a boyfriend," as I asked,

 

"What are you guys doing here?"

 

"We just stopped by since your friends started to give me a tour of the town, on bike," said Dawn.

 

"I see," I said, "But that was uncalled for Jason!"

 

"Yeah," started Rory, "Why does everybody think that just because a giy hangs out with a girl alot means they are dating?"

 

As Seth said, "Well then I wouldn't be talking Jason," as he looked at Jason's face.

 

Jason said, "Why, what did I do?"

 

Then everybody waited for an answer as they stared at Seth and Jason.

 

"Since everybody thought you and Nic dated last year," as everybody, including me started laughing.

 

I noticed that Dawn stopped laughing, and that Jason was sad, and I saw Jason head outside.

 

I said, "Guys, I just lost my appetite," as I shoved my food over to Rory, and threw what I could eat away.
