Imperfect

Imperfect

A Poem by Searching 4 Serenity

Success is our soil
Nutrients for tomorrows failures
Our success becomes fruit
Another gift for tomorrow

We need routinely trimming
The way one caters to rose bushes
Otherwise, desires become overgrown
Like ingrown garden weeds

Love nurtures our growth
Like catered rose bushes
Imperfect thorns of sins
Redefined by rosy love

We must always remember
That we are imperfect
So grow amongst others
Learn from OUR imperfections

Oh yes! This is perfectly crafted! First attempt? Goodness love! I say this is stunning work! And a powerful message too! We all too often assume we are wonderful and do not heed our imperfections....we are mere weeds amongst beauty at times and we can always improve on who we are!
I adore this!

Well I love the prose, metaphor is clear cut and pinched for the wording, however it runs to long for Haiku, more elemental prosing, good job
