Last vacation

Felicia and Emma met at the library and had an interesting conversation about their last vacation.

Felicia: Hi, Emma. Nice to see you again.

Emma: Hey. What have you been doing for your last vacation?

Felicia: Nothing much really. I've been going for walks at the beach in the morning. The view was lovely. The dogs are so cute when they're trying to shake the sea water out of their pelts. And...

Emma: What?

Felicia: One morning, I met this guy, his name is Gordon. He was very nice. 

Emma: Really, that's so cool. Did he ask you out?

Felicia: Yes. Now we are officially engaged.

Emma: Are you serious?

Felicia: Well, duh. He gave me an expensive hand bag.

Emma: That doesn't have to mean anything.

Felicia: Whatever. The fact is we are engaged and no one will stop us from seeing each other.

Emma: You are sounding love sick.

Felicia: You are the one who is love sick.

Emma: Why are you being so mean? Are you not feeling well?

Felicia: I can do whatever I want so long as I'm happy and not breaking any laws. Making you upset does not break the law and it makes me happy.

Emma: What? How..could that be? We are best friends, aren't we?

Felicia: We were. Now me and Gordon are best friends so go find yourself another play mate.

Emma: Oh. But being engaged to Gordon doesn't mean we can't be best friends...

Felicia: Go away. Gordon's coming to meet me any time now. I don't want you to see him. He's mine.

Emma: Okay but you should change your mind about me not being your best friend.

Felicia: Stop being a baby. Leave me alone!

Emma: I'm sorry. I'll go now.

Felicia: Good.
