Sonnet about me, my enemy and rainA Poem by Kurayami
Shall I compare you to the angry and unstoppable rain?
Your glares are bitter and cold when you stare at me, My stomach churns with gut wrenching pain. I wanted to know the reason why you hate me. Your touch are, like the rain, hateful, With your elbow you jabbed me making me freeze. You are my great enemy and you think you are powerful. My enemy, you think I am as weak as the breeze. Whenever I hear your voice, they are continuous, Taunting me in my sleep just as the rain drummed on my roof. You have foul pollution in your sloppily made kisses, People whose hearts have been shattered by your kiss have proof. As long as there are winter rain on Earth, You and I shall be rivals until this poem's death.
