Perfectionem

First poem I have written about my boyfriend:)

There was a night,
Not long ago
Took you by the hand,
Took us places we hadn't known

And envied by stars,
We found new light
The gift at once,
Of fire in our eyes

Time had been forgotten
Rather,
Put on hold
Up against me,
I knew no cold

And drown me you did,
Awakening this feeling,
A few seconds in,
And
Yet,
I was reeling

Back to the fire
Not
Of our souls or hearts,
Laying on a towel
Catching new sparks

My head on your lap,
Your hand in my hair,
Breathless still
From sharing the air

Music within us
Around us too
Stared into your eyes
And
Found something true

Mine,
All mine,
Was all I could think
This boy with the eyes
And
Rain in his soul
Mine he is,
And
I am yours

Viola Lion stuck between denim...
I, the snake,
Injecting my venom

Begging with my eyes,
I pray let me bite you
And
Out of surprise
It was indeed so
Because
In the dark of the night,
I just couldn't let you go
