Ella Enchanted

Ella Enchanted

A Poem by vintageromance96
"

A poem I wrote as a book report. I am unsure as to when I wrote this.

"
Ella of Frell was a good hearted lass
But she had been cursed by a fairy that did not know what she had passed
Her family thought of it as a gift but when they discovered they had gasped
Her mother died of an unknown illness
Her father got married to a witch
Although her father was a trader
You might as well call him a dater
He played romantic to his wife only to marry for the wealth
And the same for the Dame Olga his second wife too
Dame Olga's daughters were the finest in town
But you could also call them a put-down
Ella was sent to finishing school
Because people often thought of her as a fool
She hated it there
So she ran away
And Manners Mistress said "That is a disgrace"
She made one friend that you can find in Fairest
But breaking the curse is not that hard in finding what means most to you
