Kittens

Kittens

A Poem by vintageromance96
"

A "like what" poem that I wrote in 6th grade.

"
There is a kitten in me
With fur like a soft blanket
It purrs like when someone says "I love you" to you
It stalks the toy mouse like when I'm passing someone in the race
It lives in my heart
And makes me happy when I think of kittens
I wish that all kittens AND cats will be rescued and found homes for them
It makes me want to cry when I see un-adopted cats AND kittens
It makes me feel like no one cares for them
