One-SidedA Poem by Joo NaFeelings that cannot be reciprocated
This lady is beautiful
But her situation is pitiful The lad she wants is clueless Must she wear a wondrous dress? She says it's in the past But her heart still beats fast Small stares from where she's at Asking for a simple chat Is it depleting? Or is the guy still in the running? Those shrieks of happiness She is sort of helpless The boy is confusing He goes left, he goes right, it just doesn't ring First there is ignorance Then it seems he's entranced So what does she want? What does she need? Is there delight? Or is there pain? Adoration she can't quite comprehend © 2015 Joo Na |
