JuNgLe fRiEndS

JuNgLe fRiEndS

A Poem by vinay
"

The poem has its roots in a very famous story which will remind you of your pre-primary school days.

"
Lion, tiger, elephant,
Wearing t-shirt and pant
Together for a trip they went.

They thought of having lots of fun,
But met a hunter having gun.

Everyone there was dread,
Until the cobra bite him dead.

Wearing glare the eagle joins
And the monkey itching his groins.

They laughed and played and dance and sang
And called themselves as 'JuNgLe fRiEndS'.

But all their joy turned into fear,
When they found that the rabbit is near.
RABBIT???
Yes, the rabbit was the jungle's king,
The most rich and stunning.

All of a sudden he(rabbit) was dream free,
And found himself under a green tree.

He remembered something,
So he got up, and ran and got the pace.
But it was too late, because....
The 'TORTOISE' has already won the race.
