One last try.

One last try.

A Story by Matt
"

One last grasp of reality.

"

Too many words.
Too many places.
Fewer works than most.
Lesser than a love you can trust.

I hate that you know.
My pain,
that I never wanted to show.
Saw right through me.

But cant you see?
This hole.
This wound
Carved out nothing

(Truly nothing.)

You put it there.
You took it away.
No more words.
not enough dreams

To give me back what I lost.
Inosence most would say.
But my trust for the world.
My hope that it would be okay.

 You don’t know.
Because this work of the devil
I will never show.

Keep on trying.
Im not replying
To any of you.

I’ll walk to the cliff
Turn and fall.
Just wanting to die.
Because I knew you.

Happiness doesn't deserve one last try..
Goodbye.

This was really emotional and a raw poem. The layout was really creative which made for an easy read. Hopefully, this is not how you feel though because happiness always deserved one more try. Great job, you are really talented.
