Alone

Alone

A Story by Victoria

She left her heart on the line. When really there was so much more at stake. So many options and possibilities. She only wanted one or did she. This girl left all alone and in silence was confused. The doctors said that was just a symptom of depression, that was the reason for the razor to her wrists. The doctors didn't understand the feeling of being d-r-a-g-g-e-d over a dark and empty abyss that was her so called depression. Her parents swept the whole thing under the rug they would never fully admit too it. When they that their daughter was sitting in the DARK, blood flowing from her tiny wrists. She would look down at the creamy skin of her forearm and the scars that reached all the way up the stark difference of the pale skin to the bright crimson blood.

I have been in this place myself... So often in my life. When there seems to be no hope at all.
You describe it very well.
And I'll be here for the rest.
