Fertility Prayer

Dear Teresa,

Show me a rainbow to brighten my day

Blow me a kiss through the breeze

Speak to me softly in words all your own

Or sing them through birds in the trees

Cry on my shoulder with heavenly rains

Touch me with memories of old

Visit my dreams in the still of the night

And I’ll pick you up gently to hold

Light up the sky with your innocent smile

Warm me with sun rays so bright

Remind me of all of the gleam in your eyes

By twinkling a star in the night

Pick roses for me from the garden above

And bless them with all of your care

Send them to me through the magic of birth

So inside them I’ll know you are there
