Pedigree

Pedigree

A Poem by Trevor

parental pedigree proliferates my pathology, perturbed
perpetual overcasted neck brace in the shape of a halo, can opener head full of worms,
prognosticate the diagnostic, oracle with a schematic, wire and firing electrical pathways, its unfortunate that its that way, leviathan, micro and self-made-contract, snake oil seller with a charlatan web, grow leather skin so the heart on your sleeve hardens, pardon all the parables, because the opposite is unbearable, ursa minor hibernates in my caved in eyes, nice pleasant surprise, looking up at the night-filled sky, pleasant distraction from the stairway to heaven madness
organic grey-matter, but it really doesnt matter, wrinkled and ageing ambassador deemed pragmatic, honestly more chauvanistic, but it really doesnt matter, when the wolves come prowling in the night, the blackest night sky ever just dawned on my sight, there is no voice behind my echo, ergo when things go awry
retreat into myself, and hope that I don't die
