This is short and sweet :) Very nicely said. I loved the first two stanzas but for some reason the "you us" didn't seem to fit for me. I think it's because in the first two stanzas you used "I" and "me" but in that last one you didn't use "we" and "us". That's my only thing though. I still love this. Thank you so much for sharing it.

What are you talking about, this is very poetic! I'm a sucker for short little bursts of poetry like this because it makes your thoughts follow a specific direction. The writing here really says it all about poetry and poets alike.

Even though there isn't any punctuation I read this like there was a pause, as if there was a moments hesitation before that last word was said. The last word which is undeniably true.
