The power to dream.

The power to dream.

A Poem by vincentbals
"

Again an old poem I found on my previous blog.

"
Deep blue water
submerges thousand grains of sand.
Granular water
smoothly changes direction,
back and forth,
Curled tiny waves
overwhelming bare feet.
Observed by colorful pears and shells,
inspired by the feet’s ability
to pace
back and forth.
They let themselves go
with the power of the sea.

Just to feel like them.

This had a Haiku feel to it. Short yet full of meaning. It also had a very peaceful zenlike feel to it. I think in the eighth line you might have meant pearls instead of pear

Wonderful piece... love the gentle imagery- you made the rhythm ebb and flow, just like the waves themselves, which added so much to this piece.
Excellent write.

This is a very strong piece. It has soft, intricate imagery and I loved the ending line. Good work, dear.
