Through the forest

Wandering through the forest at night

into the great unknown.

For what awaits her presence 

she does not know.

But I can tell you this for sure,

she's been through hell

she's tough enough.

So if you're asking if she will make it back home tonight

Yes she will

even with a fight.

I love how this poem can be seen in two ways. It could be about how a girl is literally lost in the forest and can survivably make it home on her home. Or it could be about how she's been through a lot with her life. The forest can be seen as a metaphor at how she feels so lost and depressed in her life and that she might commit the unthinkable. But she knows better than to act upon on such foolish things. She's strong enough to get back up on her own. Excellent poem! You have great talent of writing in you!
