It's over

Nobody should ever suffer.

You think to yourself,

"Don't let them see what your hiding."

"They wouldn't understand."

"They will think your crazy."

"Maybe they would be right."

Years of holding everything in

Horrible memories you would give anything to forget

People have destroyed you and stomped you into the dirt

You think you are not strong

You think your about to break

But the only thing that breaks is the clouds and u see a sliver of sunshine

Something you haven't seen in god knows how long

"Am I safe?"

"Is it finally over?"

"The torment and destruction?"

Its quiet.

All you hear is the soft wind

You feel the warmth of the sun on your face

Your throat is burning trying not to cry but you do anyways

You fall to yours knees sobbing but its not because you are sad 

"I cant believe it."

"I won."

well, I'm not one to be a grammar nazi god knows, so nothing to worry about there, hehe,, I like this, a lot. I respect the anger and sorrow barely behind the lines, I like the openness of it, the pace, the honesty and construction. VERY well written, and I definitely want to read more!
