Demise by Sight

by Lady Valmar

Take on a journey

                                  the blood

Countless case of jewels

             Gore device

Aroma of attraction

Bonds of brew and bones askew

Come proclaim thee as they own

        Deep widen              dark pallid night

Mists cling to thine approach

Fear fetters the bats aflight

Fire fume eyes                    gleam yellow as golden rings

Lamps to light the way into thy gaze

                   pale skin of butter white

Oh… I could lay my cheek against such soft, delicate skin

Glossy

black

hair

lay coiled snakes upon shoulders       thin

Fang sharp

Gleam                  white                    glaringly

Only humanity

                                     portrayal

dripped dry

                 blood red crimson tide

Shake

                                   What if?

Last thought

         Truth comes at a price.

Author's Note

The Valerian Legion
My experiment with changing lines. Leaving full sentences out and hopefully bringing out the emotion.
