Bathtub

Bathtub

A Poem by The Valerian Legion
"

Partly written piece.

"

Drinking Tequila in the bathtub

I stare at my own reflection

She seems a weary traveler in a strange land

Dancing lights cascade as I watch tears hit porcelain

All I wanna do is scream into the blackness

Claw my way to the real reasons I feel this

Popping another pill to make me happy sick

Weary bones in this faded paper skin

Eight year old is curled in a corner again

When will things make sense?

I really like the theme encrypted into this piece. I relate to the feeling you're describing way more than I would like to. This was written very well, I love it.
