Him, Him, Him

Him, Him, Him

A Poem by Blackbird Cry

Him, Him, Him.
Like an incantation, it repeats in my mind
With the image of the face of the man
Who has my thoughts entwined
Around wants of kissing, kissing, kissing.
I believe I might be falling so far
And it doesnt matter that I shouldnt
That this might leave a jagged scar
Im falling, falling, falling.
Like a pebble in the river
Carried away by forces greater then me
An arrow of fate pulled from the quiver
Fly, fly, fly
So far until I come to rest
Back in the arms of the man with the warm smile
Where every wish is soon confessed
Hush, hush, hush
Three other words at the tip of my tongue
But foolish Id be to speak them aloud
So remain they shall, for now, unsung.
Him, him, him
Filling me up with life and bliss
I am so glad to be
Impatiently awaiting the next kiss.

Ooh I like this! :D
Reading this out loud was quite fun.
I like the flow and beat of this poem, and the imagery was wonderful.

=)
