Just a few words of support for those who struggle everyday.

Neither let me work nor let me rest;

So obsessed, such unrest;

My mind has become a mare's nest;

Out of my breath, heart thumping in the chest;

Now what's next, a cardiac arrest?

Perhaps I need a guy with a medicine chest;

It's eating me inside with full zeal and zest;

Holding me tight, I cannot protest;

This fine lad is the unwelcome guest;

Oh it is Mr O.C.D at its f**k*ing best;
