Maybe this is how it feels to be under the spotlight

On With The Show

Wipe the tears off

from your painted face

Put on your plastered

smile for all to see

Hide the sorrow

within your soul

With, pills and syringes

if you must just don't 

let them see you cry

Turn around from 

your lonely life

and face the 

adoring crowds

Forget your ruined dreams

and broken heart 

Forget yourself and 

Face the spotlight

For the show

must go on

wow. i think you captured how A LOT of famous people feel. they cant let the world see whats really going on with them because the whole world will find out. so they put on a fake show and try to use other things (such a drugs) to help them escape when really it just makes things worse. great job.

You're very right, we have to face trials and tribulation! however downtrodden we have to endure the pain of failure or anything that goes beyond what we like in life....The lesson is overwhelming in our spirit, we have to learn lesson from the past, enjoy the present and look forward for the future!
