The VA Scandal

The VA Scandal Veterans waiting to be seen by doctors. Being put on wait lists that take forever.

VA Scandal  My father was a Vietnam Vet.  He served in the military (Army)  for 20 years.  He retired from
the military and worked for the federal government for a while before he got sick with cancer and later
died.   If he had gotten treated like the vets do now it would have teed me off.  It does tee me off because
my father was a vet.  I'm writing on his behalf and all the veterans out there.  Who have served their country.
Risked their lives and to get treated like this. We are doing our veteran a dis service.  Treating them like they
don't exists or worse.  The vets should never have to wait on proper medical care.  Putting the on a list for an
appointment.  Did they make us wait when we needed them to serve our county?  Did they put us on a waiting
lists?  Because of this list for an appointment Which a lot of them don't even get.  They are dying because they
aren't getting proper medical care.

Congress better do whatever it takes to make our veterans life better after all that they have done to serve
our country.  You better make it so that every veteran can go to any hospital and have their medical bills paid
for that is part of their benefits for serving their country.  And do everything that you can to get our veterans
off the streets.  We have too many homeless veterans out there.  Don't let this continue to happen.  If this was
your son or daughter who served our country you would make sure that this didn't them.  So think of them as
your children and do some thing about. 

Don't fight President Obama on this issue help him to solve this problem.  There one that I notice about congress
and the president you have the best of medical care.  Even when you are no longer in office that is one thing that you don't have to worry about and it should be like that for our veterans. 

Fix the the broken system  so that no more veterans have to die unnecessarily because they aren't getting the treatment that they need.  Take care of our people like you are taken care of when you are sick.  Our Veterans shouldn't have the problem either.  Fix it now!!! 

Whatever funds the VA Affairs needs give it all to them so this problem can be fixed.  The Veterans have suffered enough now so whatever it takes make it happen.  Put new computers in, update the software, open new hospitals do whatever it takes. And again make it so that the veterans can go to any hospital so that they don't have to be put on a waiting list and never get seen. 

Give our veterans the type of medical care that the President and Congress have.  They never have any problems
seeing their doctors.  The Vets should be treated like they are kings and queen for serving there country. They shouldn't be homeless, they shouldn't have problems finding jobs, and most important they shouldn't have to fight for medical care that they deserve.
