Self Ignorance

Self Ignorance

A Poem by untileternity

The gentle breeze

Sifts through her golden locks

She gazes to the heavens

Lighting up her face with a smile

Reaching her arms upward

She extends her dainty fingers

As she twirls around and around

Her laugh eminates through the meadow

As enchanting as wind chimes,

Captivating anyone near

Big blue eyes sparkling in the light

A beath taking sight

If only she knew

How stunning she is

Tonight when she's alone

She will weep softly

Dreaming of the day

The mirror will reflect her beauty

Beauty is something we all have within us. The media's idea of beauty is the false way to think it. It ruins a lot of people everyday because they want to look like that person.. But I know someone from where I am from that is extremely beautiful.. Some guys fall in love with natural beauty.. Maybe the world will be like that someday? Anyway great write! Looking forward to your next piece! :3
