Butterflies

Butterflies

A Poem by Laura Ex

Sweet scented
Drivets
Like iron
Form pools of
Vengeance
Deep in my arm
Deep in my heart
Contract and flutter
Deep in my stomach
The wings create
Pain
Pain of a different nature
The kind that originates
Healthy, beautiful
Which I now have
Constructed from
Beauty to
Hurt
And now it hurts
To love

I really like the contrasts in this since butterflies are normally associated with nice feelings and beauty, your contrasts works really well here, Excellent write! :D
