Quiet Storm

Quiet Storm

A Poem by Laura Ex

Sit down
Don’t speak
You only harm yourself in the moonlight
 I get it
 You’re weak
And still you do not believe that I hate
And I cower
I stand here, defying you
Save me the sympathy
I’d rater twist my way out
This wreckage has my throat
And you don’t even know
How happy I am
To die
