My Anger

Anger radiates from my very being
Shaking my spine
Startling my mind
This unmitigated rancor
Is unexplainable
Thought to be unattainable
Can you look at me and think
Murder
I could not even see this in the mirror
When I can swallow the disgust enough to take a peek
Such a sad paper weight
Heavy, holding your place
When thrown out of control
I break
Things, people, feelings
It’s all the same
Fragile, executable
You are when compared to
My rage
