I Have a Secret

I Have a Secret

A Poem by Laura Ex

Singing silent songs of sadness

The sweetest sorrow in her eyes

Her stable, steady heart

Soon stumbles down below

Secrets only hurt you

And still she hides her scars

Help, help, help

Scared inside, she only shies away

Just stop this madness, she begs

The music makes her sway

She finally decides to share her secret today

This is a great poem, I loved the theme and particularly the ending! I think you have carefully picked and placed your words, and shown real talent with the style. ~ nix

Does the secret start with the letter "S ?"

A very interesting poem. It makes me wonder what else is in there.

I'm going back for more.

A easy to read poem for a person who has a secret they should tell.
