O Fearless Man...

O Fearless Man...

A Story by unknown404

Have you not seen as the dark gray clouds cover the sun?

Masking it’s almighty light

“Nay” says the man who doesn’t need light to harvest his crops

Have you not felt the rain that drowns- even your crops ?

Droplets banning together to flood

“Nay” says the (same) man that didn’t need a monsoon to fish

Have you not seen the lightning? It threatens much more than the lives of fish.

Bright bolts dance across the sky

“Nay” says the (same) man which the likes of lightning doesn’t mind him

O farmer, o fisher, o fearless man, when will your carelessness be your demise?

O farmer, o fisher, o fearless man, how can I be as impetuous as you?

Who is the true fool? the impetuous man or the one who warns him of thunder? Yet keep in mind, his crops were never hurt.
