Demon inside of me

I have a dark side,

apart of me only some see,

it plays with my mind,

it plays with my heart,

sometimes it gets to much,

and rips my soul apart.

 

I cannot tame it,

or tell it to go,

somehow,

in someway,

it makes its way through,

turns me into someone I'm not.

 

A dull ache penetrates,

the lower half of my tummy,

where it stirs for a attention,

stirs for affection,

an affection it will not get.
