I lie in bed

Knowing

I'll never see you again

Never feel the warmth of your hugs

Never see your smiling face again

Never

Again

All I can do is blame myself

Wanting to join you

Wanting to leave this horrid world

You’ve left me in

Gone without a trace

Only left with my imagination

Wondering

Wandering

And then I was lost

Lost in a world without you

Feeling like a bird who couldn’t fly anymore

Trying to fly without wings to use

Chained to the ground

Forever stuck

Stuck on the idea that you’re still here

All the memories stuck in my head
